General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)
1. Purpose of the stay : The services offered by LA POINTE D'ARGENT include stays of a minimum duration of one night.
2. Reservation guarantee : Any reservation must be guaranteed by the communication of the client’s bank details, unless special provisions specific to certain rates or offers.
The customer is required to enter, via a secure area, their bank card number, its validity date (valid on the date of stay) as well as the visual cryptogram.
The cards accepted include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club.
The customer must present upon arrival the credit card used for the reservation or prepayment.
The establishment reserves the right to request an identity document in order to prevent any fraud.
3. Payment terms : Except under special conditions, no charge is made at the time of booking.
However, some specific rates may require a full or partial prepayment, made online at the time of booking. This prepayment constitutes a deposit.
The amount deducted includes: the price of accommodation the taxes related to the stay.
4. No show and cancellation : In the event of non-cancellation within the scheduled times or no-show by the client (no-show), the establishment reserves the right to deduct, as a lump sum, the amount for the first night from the credit card provided as guarantee.
The remaining nights will be automatically canceled without charge, unless otherwise stated in the specific conditions of the booked rate.
By validating their reservation, the client expressly authorizes this deduction.
5. Non-refundable rate : The non-refundable rate is subject to the following conditions:
total payment required at the time of booking
no refund will be granted in case of cancellation, modification or non-presentation. This rate cannot be subject to any modification (dates, duration, client’s name), unless exceptionally agreed by the hotel.
6. Right of withdrawal : In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the accommodation services offered.
7. Personal data : The personal data collected are processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.
This policy specifies the methods for collecting, processing and using data, as well as the use of cookies.
8. Opposition to canvassing : In accordance with the legal provisions, the client can register on the opposition list to the Bloctel telephone canvassing (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).
By browsing the site, the user acknowledges having read the privacy policy.
9. Claims : Any complaint must be addressed to the establishment’s customer service department at the contact details indicated in the preamble of these GCS.
10. Mediation of consumer disputes : In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of disputes, the Client has the possibility to resort free of charge to a consumer mediator for the resolution of a dispute between him and the establishment.
After having previously addressed a written complaint to the hotel and in the absence of a satisfactory response within two (2) months, the Client may refer the matter to the mediator.
